Due to the custom, perishable nature of our handcrafted Eternity® Flowers, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take pride in our artistry and ensure every arrangement meets our luxury quality standards before shipment.
Review Policy
Please note that because our roses are real and preserved to last a year, they are classified as perishable goods and cannot be returned for a refund.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Examine your arrangement immediately upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations and arrived in pristine condition.
Report Damages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our Concierge team within 48 hours with photos of the arrangement and packaging.
Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if a defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to ensure your home is perfectly adorned.
